Current state of customer service from Coinbase / GDAX and Gemini:

Both are absolutely unacceptably terrible. If a NYS licensed exchange is needed, Coinbase / GDAX, and Gemini are the exchanges approved. This is one key area (customer service) where cryptocurrency exchanges fail miserably. To gain widespread puplic acceptance beyond crypto-libertarians, code-geeks, futurists, visionarys, early tech adopters, and hopeful risk taking investors... new exchanges will have to hire marketing ...
